hmm i'll try and make it short...basically i went to a Foo Fighter's concert, my first real concert, and before the show started i remember my eyes wandering down the aisle from where i was sitting onto this man, and i remember thinking "hey that looks like Chad!" and turns out it actually was...he headed up towards me and out into the main area outside the actual seating area and i was immediately stunned. my dad didn't believe me when i said i saw him so we rushed out into the area where he went and i actually saw his wife Nancy there, but we couldn't find him, so i just retreated to my seat.

everyone around me had taken notice (with ease) about what was going on, due to my animal-like cries...i'm glad i didn't know anyone there because of the hysterical manner in which i was acting in, hahahaha. just as the show was about to start, the girl next to me pointed to where she saw him, and he was sitting with his wife in the section over to me and a few rows ahead.

throughout the entire concert, i don't even think i paid attention at all to the poor Foo Fighters, which is too bad because i know it was a great show... all i did was stare at him and watch him dance and he drank his beer. he was fun to watch.

at the end of the show my dad physically pushed me over to him since i couldn't do it with myself and we ensued in i guess what you can almost call a "conversation", even though it was more like me being a complete idiot, not able to say anything meaningful at all.

it's not something that feels even slightly real, to be perfectly honest.

he's exactly how you think he would be, really friendly and down to earth when i asked if i could take a picture with him he was like "ohhhh yeah sure of course!"

That's such a cool story. You're very lucky to have met him! And yeah Chad does seem to be the anti-celeb. He always seems to 'go with the flow' and he really cares about people which makes him a great person.

yep exactly, he's such a cool and caring guy and you'd think that he'd have some special seating or something, but he sat among us all in the crowd. so cool. i really wonder what he was doing in New Jersey in the first place..
