Is anyone else surprised that they never released a DVD for Stadium Arcadium? Possibly in the works, or no because of the John leaving?

Like i said on a forum elsewhere, a lot of the general public think RHCP have split up. A DVD now would
A) Ruin the promo for the next album and the run up for this
B) Theres not a lot they could put on the DVD that isnt available online/is available in this forum unless theres unreleased material that could make a DVD
and C) It looks more like a last ditch attempt for some revenue for the band to those who think the band is not together....

Theres no point doing a DVD now when a new record is in the works and S/A is over 4 years old now.

Besides, we have the DVD that came with S/A box set!

Can somebody tell me what really is on the DVD?

I know there are the video song interviews with Anthony/Flea + John/Chad, anything else? A guy claimed there are also the instrumentals on it, is that right?

Track By Track inerviews with the band (Except for Especially in Michigan, Torture me and Strip My Mind, as these 3 were added at the very last minute, hence why in all promo the album was classed as a 25 song record)

You're not missing anything. The instrumentals are not with the DVD/Black Box. They come with SA's songbook for bass and guitar. ;)

OK I looked it up and on the CD that comes with the book are the Bass+Guitar tracks.
Anyone know where I can download these? I once found a link but the tracks sounded like shit. Or can anybody send me the right Bass/Guitar Tracks?
And is there also a version just with all instruments (Bass+Guitar+Drums)? thx!

I have them, but I'm not sure if I can upload them here once it's official stuff :S

They're not the band playing the tracks, its session musicians and usually the drums is a drum machine. Not really worth it

No it's definitely them playing on the bass and guitar stuff.

It's the isolated guitar and bass tracks from the official mixes.
